As a small business we are facing some tough times ahead like all small business and their workers. As a community we are all going to face hardship and trials ahead.

As the COVID-19 impacts all of us, we wanted to take a moment to reach out to you and give an update including information from our wholesalers. In these difficult days ahead we’re here to help how we can.

Below are a few answers to questions we have been asked over the last few days and what we’re doing right now:

On the 04/01/2022 we were advised by most of our suppliers that there will be handling and freight delays for the foreseeable future, we are increasing the basic stock that we carry to help reduce the impacts of the handling time on the T Shirts that we sell regularly. It is best to contact us if you need something urgent and we can let you know what we have on hand that we can get out fast.

Our  handling and shipping information

Local Pickup, we are using our After hours Collection lockup for all Local Pickup during these times of uncertainty, this is to reduce our contact with our customers and to make it easier for our customers regarding the QLD Gov Covid requirements. We will text or email you the details once your order is complete and ready to collect, please be aware and watch out for the text or email as we have had several customers that have deleted the message thinking it was spam.

Express Post, we are sending our Express Premium T Shirt orders with Express Post or with Couriers Please, Express Satchels, we are now marking all deliveries ATL, so they can be contact free.

Standard Parcel Post, we are sending our standard orders with Parcel Post or with Couriers Please Satchels, we are now marking all deliveries ATL, so they can be contact free.

Handling Time, there are handling times indicated on each product on our website, we are working to get our orders done within the handling times or earlier, but please understand that there may be factors that affect your order that are out of our control, if there is an issue we will give you a ring and discuss what we can do to help. We are working to get Express orders out in 1 to 2 Business days after you order, for all other orders please check the handling time for a guide on when to expect your order to be complete, for any urgent orders please contact us by phone and we can advise on what is the best option to get your T Shirts done quickly.

In Store Ordering and Appointments, we are asking that our customers where possible order online and help us to reduce our contact with them. During these difficult times we have had to suspend our print while you wait, we do understand that this can be frustrating to some of our long term customers that have become used to being able to get a T Shirt done when they wanted it, we recommend using the website and ordering the Premium Express Tee’s and we will  get them done as quick as we can for you. Customers are welcome to come in-store and order, but we do ask that you follow the QLD Government guidelines, please respect our staff as we are following the rules and do not make them. Any customers that are Rude or Belligerent will be asked to leave and refused service, in extreme cases we will contact the Police. We are here to help and respect our customers and ask that they do the same for us.

We appreciate all of our customers and the support they have given us in the past and hopefully in the future. At these tough times we appreciate every purchase made as we are aware that everyone is doing it tough.
