We take customer service seriously, if for some reason you think there is a problem with your order contact us and we will work with you to sort it out.
If you think there is a problem with your order, we ask that you follow the care instructions prior to contacting us,
- Wash the T Shirt before you wear it.
- Wash inside out and hang inside out in the shade out of direct sunlight.
- Cold to Cool Machine Wash on a gentle cycle.
- Do Not use a clothes dryer.
- Do Not use harsh chemicals.
- Do Not dry clean.
- Do Not directly iron the print.
All Replacements or faults need to be returned to us prior to us making a decision about replacements.
Destroying the T Shirt and then asking for a refund will only make the process harder, as we cannot easily see what the problem was.
- We will replace any T Shirts or Apparel that have a manufacturing Fault.
- We will replace any T Shirts or Apparel that have a fault with the print.
- We will replace any T Shirts or Apparel that there is a reasonable problem with them.
- We will only replace T Shirts and apparel 30 days after they have been printed.
- We Will Not replace a custom T Shirt or Apparel for change of mind.
- We Will Not replace a T Shirt that the size was incorrectly selected, unless there is a problem with the sizing.
- We Will not replace Cheaper T Shirts with Premium T Shirts at no extra cost.
- We Will Not Replace the T Shirt with a different colour to the original purchase.
- We Will Not Replace a T Shirt where there was a design or spelling mistake made by the customer.
We will replace all faulty orders; we do not offer a refund.
We ask our customers to be fair, asking us to do an order for less that it cost us is not something that we will be able to do. We work hard with our customers to get their orders to them when they need it, but we will have other orders to do as well as yours. Asking us to have 50 t shirts printed to collect in two hours is not only unachievable but also unfair to ask of us.
We have kept our pricing as low as we can while offering a product that we are proud of. Asking us to do a Front and Back print for the price of the front only print is unrealistic, Black and Colour T Shirts do cost us more to produce and asking us to do them for the cost of a White T Shirt is unfair on us.
